REWP Law – providing advice in areas related to industrial relations and labor (employment). This division is able to design employment contracts and/or Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), able to prepare Company Regulations, individual and mass termination of employment including designing compensation, service fees and severance packages that are in accordance with government policy.

Problems that often arise in connection with industrial relations disputes include:

  • Differences of opinion that result in conflict between Workers/Trade Unions and Employers/Employers Associations

  • Disputes of rights or interests

  • Termination of Employment (PHK)

  • Disputes between workers/labor unions in one company


We also provide consultations to foreigners regarding immigration laws relating to the possibility of foreigners working in Indonesia. The lawyers who are members of this division have experience in handling employment relations, including having represented their clients in resolving labor disputes before the Labor Settlement Committee.
