Administrative Court

The State Administrative Court is one of the main milestones for enlivening the function of social control and external control (judicial control) of the attitudes and actions of the State Administrative Officials by the community regarding the running of government. Disputes regarding public decisions or State Administrative Decisions that are individual, concrete and final in nature issued by officials making state administrative decisions that can harm the public, both on behalf of individuals and legal entities.
